High Court refuses to extradite primary carer of a 5-year-old

The High Court of the UK refused to extradite a woman to the UK, who was wanted to serve 2 years and 10 months imprisonment for failing to ensure her children went to school in the Czech Republic.

The court reversed the decision of the court below due to the effect that the extradition would have on the Appellant, who is the sole-carer for her 5-year-old granddaughter.
